Re: Lens excerpt

Layne, I agree with many of the comments that you made in your excerpt. I feel that our lense is similar in many way, and feel that my family had a large impact on the way I view the world. You did a nice job formulating your ideas about how your lens on literature has been formed throughout your growth and development.
