I have not had one particular person affect my literature lens in such a way that Anton has done for you. I think it is great that someone as special sounding as him has helped you to develop a love of science fiction literature. He sounds alot like the character from Freak the Mighty, who also felt that why couldn't such far fetched things happen. I think being able to always remember who got you hooked on a style of literature helps you to appreciate reading them a great deal more.
